In celebration of Infusionsoft surpassing 10,000 customers, we are highlighting 10 small business success stories on our blog that are examples of real small business owners who are passionate about their ventures.

Nadine Larder, founder of Printer Bees, a San Francisco-based company, has seen her business grow substantially since she adopted Infusionsoft into their small business. She’s Infusionsoft customer #4,589 and has been ‘busy as a bee’ ever since she switched to Infusionsoft.

Larder defines small business success around helping her customers succeed. She quotes Zig Ziglar, world-renowned author and speaker, “You can have anything in life you want, by helping enough other people get what they want.”

You might recall that we previously featured Printer Bees for their use of marketing automation in their small business on our blog last year. While the screenshots are a bit out of date, the strategy is still dead on!

Larder and the team have been ‘busy bees,’ as their business has more than doubled since they purchased Infusionsoft and have been beneficiaries of our Kickstart implementation services. Combining our software and strategy together, Printer Bees is able to attract new customers, serve them better, and even get referrals from them.

We asked Larder for some tips for small business owners, and she says, “Set up systems and automate what can be automated so you can focus your efforts on being great at the parts of your business that require human interaction.” Larder is focused on providing service around customers because, as she says, “Customer service is at the core of every successful business.”

We’re celebrating 10,000 customers all month! Check out the 10,000 Customers page to meet our customers who made this achievement possible. Stay tuned this week to read more customers highlights on our blog.

Nadine – If you read this, would you mind listing out some of the tasks that used to be manually completed and now are automatically completed? Thank you and congrats!
