Use Social Media to Build an Army of Superfans

Are you leveraging social media the best way possible to attract and serve your brand’s ambassadors? If so, are they taking your message out to the masses free? If you’re shaking your head ‘no’ to these, you’re not alone. Millions of small businesses are on social media, know it’s important, but lack the strategy to tap into their strongest supporters – customers – for increasing word of mouth and sales.

In the spirit of Social Media Month, we’re excited to bring you a webinar featuring Baochi Nguyen, CEO of Social Canny, who has a proven record of building practical and scalable social media programs for growing businesses. She will join us on a special webinar next week.

On this webinar, you’ll learn about how to increase organic brand awareness, which generates leads and results in more sales. There is a lot of information on customers and prospects within social media all happening in real-time. She’ll give you insights on brand loyalty, tips to gather customer intel and advice on how to take action on it. You might already be a superfan yourself (perhaps of a cool sales and marketing software company), so you already know the power of word-of-mouth recommendations.

Reserve your spot for this social media webinar!
Thursday, February 21 at 10 AM PST (1 PM EST)

Baochi understands the realities faced by millions of small businesses; previously, she was Director of Social Strategy at RingCentral where she had built their social program from the ground up. I had a privilege of listening to her speak at a recent, costly, social media conference and I was floored by the insights and knowledge she had to offer. She is direct, inspiring and action-oriented. I think you’ll leave with a sense of satisfaction and confidence in the future of your social media marketing program.

We look forward to seeing you on the webinar! We’d love if you could bring your colleagues and friends on, too. Share this blog post with your social networks and let’s max it out! We know you will have a lot to Tweet about, so keep track by using the hashtag, #superfans.

Can’t attend the webinar? Register and we’ll send you a copy of the recording and slides after the live presentation directly to your email.

      Hi, Beth.

Thank you for your comment. I’m sorry to read that you are dissatisfied by not receiving an iCal/Outlook Calendar file for your calendar. I think this is actually a great idea and we may add this in the future.

That said, we do our best to make it clear to registrants about the date and time on the blog post, landing page, email confirmation and will dispatch two additional emails before the webinar so you can’t miss a beat.

We use Citrix’ GoToWebinar platform and we have a back-end integration so we send the emails — not Citrix. We’ve found that people’s GTW registration reminders were getting lost in the mix of their inbox and were being overwhelmed by them.

I appreciate your feedback. We’ll work to improve this so it’s more desirable for those who live by their online calendars like you (and I) do. Thanks again for signing up and I hope you enjoy it! :-)
