We are very excited to kick-off 2013 with a bunch of CustomerHub updates. The Winter 2013 Release improves the CustomerHub ease of use and simplifies routine workflows. Last quarter, we were very busy working to make CustomerHub easier for all of our customers. On January 15, all CustomerHub customers will get the latest enhancements.
Here’s what’s coming:
- Navigate CustomerHub More Efficiently
- Create New Infusionsoft Tags in CustomerHub
- Enjoy a Simplified Site Preview Process
- Save Pages as Drafts
- Customize Themes with JavaScript
Navigate CustomerHub More Efficiently
We’ve made it more intuitive and easier to get to the most frequently used areas of CustomerHub faster. The Pages section is now part of the main navigation and we’ve changed the name of the Content section to “Library.”

Create New Infusionsoft Tags in CustomerHub
You no longer have to toggle between Infusionsoft and CustomerHub to create new tags and permissions. New tags created in CustomerHub will automatically sync with Infusionsoft, eliminating the need to toggle between two systems. We’ve also added a keyword search to find existing tags (instead of scrolling through long lists).

Enjoy a Simplified Site Preview Process
This new feature is going to save users a lot of time. Now when you’re viewing your membership site in Preview mode, you can use a drop-down menu to change the permission set you’re using to review the site.

You can now also preview any individual page with one click of the newly added “Preview” button.

Save Pages as Drafts
With the addition of the “Drafts” publishing status, you now have more control over the publishing process. This new publishing status gives you more flexibility to create and edit pages without immediately publishing them to your live site.

Customize Themes with JavaScript
Our advanced users will be very excited to learn that we’ve added the ability to customize CustomerHub themes with JavaScript. Easily embed JavaScript code into any Theme with the new “Custom JavaScript” tab.

With these CustomerHub updates it’s all about making it easier to generate recurring revenue, automate membership site functions, automate collections and improve cash flow.
Stay tuned for many more exciting updates in 2013! Kyle Leavitt, Director of Product Management for CustomerHub says, “Over the last year we’ve quadrupled our development resources, implemented an amazing product development process, and we have our sights set on major product innovations in 2013!”
